Description

The 2012/13 season was a major transitional campaign for Milan under Massimiliano Allegri, following the departures of key figures such as Zlatan Ibrahimović, Thiago Silva, Alessandro Nesta, and Gennaro Gattuso. After a poor start that saw them lose six of their opening 12 league matches, the Rossoneri recovered strongly to finish 3rd in Serie A with 72 points, securing UEFA Champions League qualification. In Europe, Milan reached the Round of 16 of the UEFA Champions League, beating Barcelona 2–0 in the first leg before ultimately being eliminated 4–2 on aggregate. Their Coppa Italiacampaign ended in the quarter-finals against Juventus.

Use a gentle or delicate cycle only. Avoid heavy spin cycles which can distort the shirt shape.
👕 Inside Out
Always turn the shirt inside out before washing to protect the back print, badges, and any embroidery.
🧴 Detergent
Use a mild liquid detergent. Avoid powder detergents, bleach, or fabric softeners as these can degrade print quality.
💨 Drying
Air dry only — lay flat or hang away from direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry as heat will shrink fabric and damage prints.
🔥 Ironing
Do not iron directly over printed areas or badges. If needed, iron on the reverse side only using a low heat setting.
Do not dry clean. Do not wring or twist. Wash separately from items with zips or rough textures that could snag the fabric.
⚠️ Back Print & Badge Care Printed names, numbers, and woven badges are particularly sensitive to heat and abrasion. Always wash inside out, never iron over them directly, and avoid contact with rough surfaces during washing.

1. Can I return or exchange my retro shirt?

We operate a strict no-returns and no-exchanges policy. We do not accept returns for any reason, including change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference. Items with player printing or any customisation cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances (unless they arrive damaged, see question 2). All sales are final.

2. What happens if my shirt arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order immediately and contact us right away at support@soccernova.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
If we confirm the issue, we will send you a free replacement shirt (shipping included) at no extra cost, and you can keep the original damaged item.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–4 business days.
  • UK delivery after dispatch: typically 5–7 business days.
  • International delivery after dispatch: typically 10–14 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with full tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. All shipping is completely free worldwide.

4. What size should I order?

Our shirts are designed for a relaxed, retro fit. We strongly recommend sizing up.

Monitor your tracking regularly. If you believe delivery has failed, first contact the courier yourself (using the tracking link we sent you) to reschedule delivery or arrange collection.
Then email us at support@soccernova.co.uk. We will investigate and confirm whether the package is lost (this usually takes 1–2 weeks after the scheduled delivery date). If confirmed lost, we will send you a free replacement (shipping included) at no extra cost.
