Description

Home shirt worn by AS Roma during the 1992/93 and 1993/94 seasons.

The shirt features a deep maroon base with a matching maroon collar, accented by orange stripes and an orange neckline that give the design a sharp, unmistakably Roma finish. Orange cuffs add further contrast, while orange detailing across both shoulders completes the look with a clean but distinctive early-90s touch.

The 1992–1994 period was a significant transitional era for Roma, remembered both for the beginning of the Franco Sensi presidency and for the professional debut of Francesco Totti. In the 1992/93 season, under Vujadin Boškov, Roma finished 10th in Serie A but reached the Coppa Italia final, where they were beaten by Torino. That campaign is also historic for Totti’s senior debut on 28 March 1993 at just 16 years old. In 1993/94, Carlo Mazzone took charge and guided the Giallorossi to a 7th-place finish, with new signing Abel Balbo immediately making his mark as the club’s top scorer with 12 league goals. Though silverware remained elusive, this two-year spell laid important foundations for the club’s future and remains fondly remembered for its iconic Barilla-era identity.

💨 Drying
Air dry only — lay flat or hang away from direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry as heat will shrink fabric and damage prints.
🔥 Ironing
Do not iron directly over printed areas or badges. If needed, iron on the reverse side only using a low heat setting.
Do not dry clean. Do not wring or twist. Wash separately from items with zips or rough textures that could snag the fabric.
⚠️ Back Print & Badge Care Printed names, numbers, and woven badges are particularly sensitive to heat and abrasion. Always wash inside out, never iron over them directly, and avoid contact with rough surfaces during washing.
