Description

Away shirt worn by Celtic during their 1991/92 season.

The shirt features a bright light green body with a subtle tonal chevron pattern, broken by a bold white panel that sweeps diagonally across the chest with jagged zigzag edges outlined in dark green. A darker speckled green covers the upper chest, one shoulder and the sleeve above the zigzag, and a dark green polo collar with buttons finishes the neckline.

This shirt was worn in Liam Brady's first season as Celtic manager, a campaign of sharp highs and lows. Celtic went out of the League Cup at Airdrieonians, drawing 0-0 and losing 4-2 on penalties, and were beaten 5-1 by Neuchatel Xamax in the UEFA Cup, then the club's heaviest European defeat. The league brought more encouragement, with 88 goals scored and a third place finish behind Rangers and Heart of Midlothian. On 21 March 1992 Celtic won 2-0 at Ibrox, but ten days later Rangers won the Scottish Cup semi-final 1-0 at Hampden, despite playing most of the match with ten men after Davie Robertson was sent off, and went on to win the trophy.

🔥 Ironing
Do not iron directly over printed areas or badges. If needed, iron on the reverse side only using a low heat setting.
Do not dry clean. Do not wring or twist. Wash separately from items with zips or rough textures that could snag the fabric.
⚠️ Back Print & Badge Care Printed names, numbers, and woven badges are particularly sensitive to heat and abrasion. Always wash inside out, never iron over them directly, and avoid contact with rough surfaces during washing.

Items with player printing or any customisation cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances (unless they arrive damaged, see question 2). All sales are final.
