Description

Home shirt worn by Celtic during their 1999/01 seasons.

The shirt features Celtic's classic green and white hoops, running evenly across the body and continuing around the short sleeves. A V neck finished in green and white striped trim sits at the collar, and small side vents at the hem complete a clean, traditional design.

This shirt spans one of the sharpest turnarounds in Celtic's modern history. The 1999/00 season began under John Barnes, but Henrik Larsson broke his leg in a UEFA Cup tie against Lyon, and in February 2000 a 3-1 home defeat by Inverness Caledonian Thistle in the Scottish Cup cost Barnes his job after just eight months. Kenny Dalglish took over as caretaker and guided the side to League Cup success, though Celtic finished 21 points behind Rangers in the league. Martin O'Neill arrived that summer and transformed the club. In 2000/01 Celtic won a domestic treble, their first in over three decades, including a 6-2 win over Rangers in the first Old Firm match of the season. Larsson scored a second half hat-trick in the 3-0 League Cup final win over Kilmarnock, then struck twice as Celtic beat Hibernian 3-0 in the Scottish Cup final. His 53 goals in all competitions, including an SPL record 35 in the league, earned him the European Golden Shoe.

Always turn the shirt inside out before washing to protect the back print, badges, and any embroidery.
🧴 Detergent
Use a mild liquid detergent. Avoid powder detergents, bleach, or fabric softeners as these can degrade print quality.
💨 Drying
Air dry only — lay flat or hang away from direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry as heat will shrink fabric and damage prints.
🔥 Ironing
Do not iron directly over printed areas or badges. If needed, iron on the reverse side only using a low heat setting.
Do not dry clean. Do not wring or twist. Wash separately from items with zips or rough textures that could snag the fabric.
⚠️ Back Print & Badge Care Printed names, numbers, and woven badges are particularly sensitive to heat and abrasion. Always wash inside out, never iron over them directly, and avoid contact with rough surfaces during washing.

We operate a strict no-returns and no-exchanges policy. We do not accept returns for any reason, including change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference. Items with player printing or any customisation cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances (unless they arrive damaged, see question 2). All sales are final.

2. What happens if my shirt arrives damaged?

If we confirm the issue, we will send you a free replacement shirt (shipping included) at no extra cost, and you can keep the original damaged item.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?
