Jason Kreis managed the squad until November 2015, with Villa emerging as the top scorer and club captain.

The 2016 season saw a transformation under new manager Patrick Vieira, who implemented a high-pressing 4-3-3 system. NYCFC dramatically improved, finishing 2nd in the Eastern Conference and 4th overall, securing their first MLS Cup Playoff appearance. David Villa won the MLS MVP award with 23 league goals, while newcomers Jack Harrison, Frédéric Brillant, and Rónald Matarrita strengthened the squad.

Always turn the shirt inside out before washing to protect the back print, badges, and any embroidery.
🧴 Detergent
Use a mild liquid detergent. Avoid powder detergents, bleach, or fabric softeners as these can degrade print quality.
💨 Drying
Air dry only — lay flat or hang away from direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry as heat will shrink fabric and damage prints.
🔥 Ironing
Do not iron directly over printed areas or badges. If needed, iron on the reverse side only using a low heat setting.
Do not dry clean. Do not wring or twist. Wash separately from items with zips or rough textures that could snag the fabric.
⚠️ Back Print & Badge Care Printed names, numbers, and woven badges are particularly sensitive to heat and abrasion. Always wash inside out, never iron over them directly, and avoid contact with rough surfaces during washing.

We operate a strict no-returns and no-exchanges policy. We do not accept returns for any reason, including change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference. Items with player printing or any customisation cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances (unless they arrive damaged, see question 2). All sales are final.

2. What happens if my shirt arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order immediately and contact us right away at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
If we confirm the issue, we will send you a free replacement shirt (shipping included) at no extra cost, and you can keep the original damaged item.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–4 business days.
  • UK delivery after dispatch: typically 5–7 business days.
  • International delivery after dispatch: typically 10–14 business days.
