Description

Away shirt worn by Rangers during their 1990/92 seasons.

The shirt uses a white body with a subtle tonal pinstripe running throughout the fabric, lifted by bold diagonal red and blue panels crossing each shoulder. A royal blue collar with white piping ties the design together, keeping the trim consistent with the shoulder detailing.

Rangers wore this shirt through a period of managerial transition and continued success. Graeme Souness departed for Liverpool with four games remaining in the 1990/91 season, handing the reins to his assistant Walter Smith, who guided the club to a 2-0 win over Aberdeen on the final day to secure a third consecutive league title. Smith continued the momentum into 1991/92, leading Rangers to a fourth successive championship, winning the league by nine points and sealing it with a 4-0 win over St Mirren.

The shirt's bold diagonal shoulder design carried Rangers through the managerial handover from Graeme Souness to Walter Smith without so much as a stumble, extending their run of league titles to four in a row.

Do not iron directly over printed areas or badges. If needed, iron on the reverse side only using a low heat setting.
Do not dry clean. Do not wring or twist. Wash separately from items with zips or rough textures that could snag the fabric.
⚠️ Back Print & Badge Care Printed names, numbers, and woven badges are particularly sensitive to heat and abrasion. Always wash inside out, never iron over them directly, and avoid contact with rough surfaces during washing.
