Description

Home shirt worn by Rangers during their 1999/01 seasons.

The shirt uses a plain royal blue body, with a white V neck collar and matching piped trim running along the shoulder seams and down each sleeve, keeping the design clean and understated.

Rangers wore this shirt through two contrasting seasons under Dick Advocaat. In 1999/2000 they retained the Scottish Premier League title by a commanding 21 point margin, reaching the Champions League group stage after eliminating Parma in qualifying, though the Scottish League Cup ended at the quarter-final stage. The following season, 2000/01, saw Rangers finish a distant second, 15 points behind a resurgent Celtic under Martin O'Neill, despite a strong Champions League campaign that included wins over Sturm Graz and Monaco before elimination from the UEFA Cup by Kaiserslautern.

The shirt's clean, understated design ran through a period of contrasting fortunes for Rangers, from a dominant title defence to a season in which Celtic reclaimed the upper hand in Scottish football.

Do not dry clean. Do not wring or twist. Wash separately from items with zips or rough textures that could snag the fabric.
⚠️ Back Print & Badge Care Printed names, numbers, and woven badges are particularly sensitive to heat and abrasion. Always wash inside out, never iron over them directly, and avoid contact with rough surfaces during washing.
