SC Corinthians 1999 Away Shirt

In the Brasileirão, Corinthians finished top of the regular phase before defeating Atlético Mineiro in a dramatic three-match final series to secure their third national title. In the Campeonato Paulista, they claimed the state championship after a famous 2–2 draw against Palmeiras in the final, a match remembered for Edílson’s iconic ball-juggling provocation that became one of Brazilian football’s most talked-about moments.

On the continental stage, Corinthians reached the quarter-finals of the Copa Libertadores, where they were eliminated on penalties by Palmeiras, ending a strong but ultimately unfinished international campaign.

The squad was one of the most star-studded in the club’s history. Dida provided reliability in goal, while defensive options included Kléber. The midfield was packed with elite talent such as Vampeta, Ricardinho, Marcelinho Carioca, and Freddy Rincón, while Edílson and Luizão led the attack.
