Description
Third shirt worn by Tottenham Hotspur F.C. during the unforgettable 2018–19 season, a campaign that saw Spurs reach their first-ever UEFA Champions League Final while opening their new world-class stadium and cementing their status among Europe's elite clubs.
One of the most eye-catching kits of Tottenham's modern era, this third shirt features a vibrant lime green base contrasted by a darker green upper chest and sleeves. The standout design element is the subtle map-inspired graphic woven throughout the fabric, depicting the streets and layout of North London. The intricate pattern creates an almost graffiti-like appearance, giving the shirt a unique urban aesthetic that celebrates the club's roots and connection to its local community.
The 2018–19 season was one of the most remarkable in Tottenham's history. Despite becoming the first Premier League club ever to go through an entire summer and winter transfer window without signing a player, Mauricio Pochettino guided Spurs to a 4th-place finish in the Premier League with 71 points, securing another season of Champions League football.
Much of the campaign was spent playing home fixtures at Wembley Stadium due to delays in the construction of Tottenham's new home. On 3 April 2019, the club finally opened the spectacular Tottenham Hotspur Stadium with a 2–0 victory over Crystal Palace F.C., marking a historic milestone in the club's development.
The season will forever be remembered for Tottenham's incredible UEFA Champions League journey. After narrowly progressing from a difficult group featuring Inter Milan and FC Barcelona, Spurs defeated Borussia Dortmund before producing a dramatic quarter-final victory over Manchester City F.C. in one of the competition's greatest ties.
The semi-final against AFC Ajax delivered one of the most iconic moments in European football history. Trailing 3–0 on aggregate, Tottenham completed an astonishing comeback thanks to a sensational second-half hat-trick from Lucas Moura, whose stoppage-time winner in Amsterdam sent Spurs into their first-ever European Cup final.
Although Tottenham were defeated 2–0 by Liverpool F.C. in Madrid, reaching the final represented the greatest European achievement in the club's history.
Captain Harry Kane finished as the club's leading goalscorer with 24 goals in all competitions, while Son Heung-min, Christian Eriksen and Lucas Moura all played crucial roles throughout the campaign. Defensively, leaders such as Jan Vertonghen, Toby Alderweireld and captain Hugo Lloris helped guide the club through one of the most demanding seasons in its history.
This striking third shirt perfectly captures a landmark campaign for Tottenham Hotspur, a season of historic achievements, unforgettable European nights, and the beginning of a new era in North London.
