Description

Manufactured in Ireland ahead of the competition, this kit was intended to be Yugoslavia’s stage on the European scene. However, following the outbreak of war and subsequent sanctions, the nation was expelled from Euro 1992 just days before the tournament began. As a result, the shirt was never worn in a competitive international match, freezing it in time as one of football’s great “what could have been” designs.

The shirt itself featured a deep blue base with a bold geometric pattern running through the fabric, a distinctly early-90s aesthetic that gave it texture and movement. Crisp white sleeves provided sharp contrast against the darker body, while the national crest sat proudly on the chest, symbolising a team that would never take the field.

With no tournament and no market demand, large quantities of the shirts remained in Ireland. In a remarkable twist of football history, many Irish clubs and youth teams began wearing them in the years that followed, giving the kit an unexpected second life far removed from its original purpose.

Always turn the shirt inside out before washing to protect the back print, badges, and any embroidery.
🧴 Detergent
Use a mild liquid detergent. Avoid powder detergents, bleach, or fabric softeners as these can degrade print quality.
💨 Drying
Air dry only — lay flat or hang away from direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry as heat will shrink fabric and damage prints.
🔥 Ironing
Do not iron directly over printed areas or badges. If needed, iron on the reverse side only using a low heat setting.
Do not dry clean. Do not wring or twist. Wash separately from items with zips or rough textures that could snag the fabric.
⚠️ Back Print & Badge Care Printed names, numbers, and woven badges are particularly sensitive to heat and abrasion. Always wash inside out, never iron over them directly, and avoid contact with rough surfaces during washing.

Items with player printing or any customisation cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances (unless they arrive damaged, see question 2). All sales are final.

If we confirm the issue, we will send you a free replacement shirt (shipping included) at no extra cost, and you can keep the original damaged item.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?
