RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We operate a strict no-returns policy. We do not accept returns of any items for any reason (including change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference). This applies to all products, especially customised or personalised retro shirts.

Items with player printing, names, numbers, patches or any custom detailing cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances unless they arrive damaged.

DAMAGES & INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away at [email protected] if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If we confirm the issue, we will send you a free replacement shirt at no extra cost (shipping included). You may keep the original damaged or incorrect item.

To help us process your request quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the issue when you contact us.

LOST OR MISPLACED ORDERS

If your package does not arrive, we will send a free replacement (shipping included) once we have confirmed it has definitely gone missing. This confirmation usually takes 1–2 weeks after the scheduled delivery date.

You are responsible for tracking your order using the tracking number we provide when your item ships. Please contact the courier directly using that number.

If you have any difficulty identifying the courier or finding their contact details, contact us immediately and we will help.

Please monitor your tracking information regularly to ensure everything runs smoothly.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

All products are non-returnable, including:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

EXCHANGES & SIZING INFORMATION

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, colour or style, you must place a new order.

To ensure you select the correct size, please always check the detailed sizing guide located under the description of every product on our website.

As we specialise in retro shirts, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed, authentic retro fit. For example, if you normally wear a size Large, we strongly recommend ordering a size XL.

REFUNDS

Because we do not accept returns, refunds are not issued under any circumstances. We only offer free replacements in the specific cases of damage or lost orders outlined above.
